San Antonio is growing by leaps and bounds.  We are a city of great, hard-working people who believe in faith, family and freedom.  Our people deserve to live in safe neighborhoods, have good roads and sidewalks on which to travel, and be free from burdensome taxes and unreasonable living expenses.  But instead of focusing on policies that benefit the day-to-day lives of our residents, homeowners, and businesses, all too often our City Council focuses on non-city issues and political theater.

During my first term on City Council, I focused on getting back to the basics and getting results that positively impact our citizens’ lives.  That work included getting an unprecedented amount of money in our budget for District 10’s infrastructure needs, obtaining funding to add more police to our streets, and obtaining a new EMS unit in the heart of District 10 to ensure response times remain low.

With your support, I’ll continue to fight to keep this City Council focused on policies that prioritize basic city services and spending your tax dollars wisely. I will use my experience as a small business owner, along with a common sense collaborative approach, to find solutions to the challenges confronting our quality of life and our future.
